Job Title:Project Manager

Location: Vancouver, WA

Job Type:Full-time

Job Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Working under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will coordinate with various departments, manage resources, and communicate with clients to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute of projects.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the fabrication or construction industry.
  • In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in financial forecasting.
  • Extensive knowledge of job costing.
