Service Desk contract We are looking for first shift - Monday through Friday - 9a-6p onsite 5 days a week Client would like this person to sit in their Fort Worth, TX location. They will mostly complete service desk work but there will also be an opportunity for them to help with site support/desktop support. Client is looking to add a Service Desk Technician to their Help Desk team. This will be a 6 month contract with the high possibility of extension/consideration for conversion. Amcor currently uses a managed service partner for most of their Service Desk Operations, and are bringing this back in house. This role will be first level phone support for all end user issues over phone, email, and chat. Amcor uses the ServiceNow ticketing system. 0365 Active Directory This is the perfect position for an entry-level candidate to gain real experience with a global company and add to their resume. They are also willing to look at candidates that have experience doing service desk analyst work in an enterprise environment.
