Financial Assistant Counselor

Represents the Hospital in Patient financial matters pertaining to requests and reviews for financial assistance. Works with the Patient or Patient Representative to coordinate appropriate interaction and assistance according to Northside Hospital Financial Assistance policy and procedure.

REQUIRED:

1. A. One (1) year experience in healthcare or other financial services b. Associate's degree in business.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
3. Good communications skills.
4. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

PREFERRED:

1. B.S. degree in business.
2. Two (2) years experience in collection.
3. CPR certification
