Job Details The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, treatment and discharge planning of all patients referred for their given therapy services. The PT is an integral healthcare provider accountable to assist the patient to progress to their highest level of function. The therapist will uphold the mission, vision, and values of Jefferson Health.Works in conjunction with other health care professions to coordinate treatment plans and care. *The Amputation Team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team as Amputation Rehabilitation Specialists in the outpatient setting. This position is for a fixed, full-time therapist on the Amputation Team who will have a full caseload on outpatient amputation.
