Position Title: Production Worker - Non-Destructive Testing
Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm QPS Employment Group is seeking a Production Associate - NDT for a company in Elk Grove Village, IL. In this hands-on role, you will play a crucial part in the inspection process, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our products. You will work closely with certified Level II personnel, performing a variety of tasks, from preparing parts for inspection to packaging finished products. Apply today! Production Worker Responsibilities: - Unpack parts, document the as-received condition and prepare orders for inspection using pre-determined criteria - Upon completion of processing, perform final visual inspection and carefully package parts in accordance with customer requirements - Maintain proper housekeeping while adhering to applicable chemical, environmental and safety procedures - Track orders and labor times using internal software - Provide cross functional support to other departments within the NDT group, as needed - Take part in company-wide training and continuous improvement opportunities toward quality assurance initiatives, company objectives and peripheral projects Requirements for Production Worker: - Able to lift up to 40lbs repetitively - Good dexterity in hands, wrists and fingers to perform job duties without damage to parts - Strong attention to detail - Experience in a production environment schaumburg@qpsemployment.com IND133 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
