In this role, you will be responsible for the internal and external movement of finished goods from production to warehouse and external sales centers. You will also focus on maintaining appropriate fulfillment levels for our customers and keeping Out of Stocks minimized. Responsibilities: Oversee all inbound and out bound movements Move finished product internally in a timely manner ensuring it does not disrupt production operations or product supply to Sales Centers Implement controls and processes to properly document, track and balance the movement of finished goods by forklift operators to achieve a goal of zero discrepancy Maintains inventory levels of finished goods according to business demand and achieve goal of zero out-of-stocks Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED) required 2+ years warehouse and/or inventory experience required 1+ years experience supervising warehouse and/or inventory employees required Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Knowledge of SAP is preferred Ability to work independently and in groups Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines Ability to influence key stakeholders in different departments to achieve goals Must have good communication skills (verbal and written) Come and join our Sparkling team! Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
