About the Facility: Old Vineyard Behavioral Health facility is a 162-bed acute inpatient psychiatric facility servicing adult, geriatric & adolescent patients. The facility is located on a beautiful, spacious campus in Winston-Salem, and provides intensive and individualized treatment to help adolescents and adults, providing a relaxing and comforting environment for patients, families, and staff. Old Vineyard's specially trained staff, including psychiatrists, licensed therapists, psychologists, 24-hour nurses, and BA/BS direct-care counselors, are committed to serving each patient with compassion and quality care. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

As a full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed-upon programs with assistance from a full support team.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM and may cover weekends if needed.

Starting Pay: $150,000 to $160,000 annually, plus bonus.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM- 4:30PM; Saturday & Sunday 8:00AM-2:30PM. This facility utilized Omnicell automated dispending cabinets.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • North Carolina Pharmacist licensure in good standing
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience in a healthcare/hospital environment
  • Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility
  • Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with Professional organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns and work cooperatively with other staff

Hospital Requirements

  • TB Test - Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months (PPD, QFT, or CXR)
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or a blood titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - 2 document doses or a blood titer proving immunity
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza - required for hire between Oct 1st and April 30th
  • COVID Vaccine
