Snow Removal/Snow Plow Operator

Gorman & Company is looking for a hard-working and dependable individual to help remove snow at some of our residential communities in the Madison area. This is a part time, seasonal position and hours will be varied based on need.

As a snow plow operator, you will:

Operate a company-owned snow plow truck and other equipment, ensuring safe and effective snow removal.
Keep sidewalks, entry ways and parking lots clear and safe.
Check weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events when called in.
Effectively communicate with property management on issues such as progress, equipment and problems that occur.

Qualifications needed:

Valid driver's license, with a good driving record.
Reliable transportation to get to properties during winter storms.
Ability to work on-call, with short notice.
Ability to tolerate cold weather conditions for extended periods.
Previous snow plowing experience required.

Rate of Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
