Regional Property Manager - Lease-Up Properties (Western Region: AZ & CO)

As a Regional Property Manager for Lease-Up Properties, you will:


  • Lead all aspects of the lease-up process, ensuring new communities meet leasing and occupancy goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate property management team members, ensuring the team is equipped to meet lease-up demands.
  • Monitor compliance with government regulations, particularly for Section 8, HUD, Public Housing, or LIHTC programs.
  • Review monthly financial statements, prepare variance reports, and oversee budget adherence.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure lease-up properties are operating efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract residents, including market programs, rental rates, and maintenance schedules.
  • Negotiate and manage service contracts for lease-up communities.
  • Act as interim Property Manager during the absence of on-site management, particularly for lease-up troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, resident service coordinators, and local communities.
  • Adhere to established Fair Housing policies and leasing regulations.


Qualifications for Regional Property Manager - Lease-Up Properties:


  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout Arizona and Colorado.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of property management experience with expertise in lease-up operations.
  • Familiarity with affordable housing programs, including Section 8, HUD, Public Housing, or LIHTC, required.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, including homeless individuals, veterans, and developmentally disabled residents.
  • Ability to travel, overnight stays as required.
  • Confident, collaborative, and positive leader capable of managing diverse teams and priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other property management software.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000 per year
