This newly created Medical Education Project Coordinator position will provide administrative and clinical support to the education and clinical operations departments at ProHealth Physicians. Reporting to the Associate Director of Education and Training, and in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations, the Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to administrative functions and clinical initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Communicate requests for new school affiliations to Associate Director of Education and Training
  • Maintain accurate documentation of required forms, e-learnings, documents for each student
  • Assist IT department to ensure each student receives and returns a student laptop
  • Maintain accurate documentation of required trainings and agreements of clinician preceptors
  • Assist key stakeholders with training, set up, take down, and supply ordering (i.e. admin staff training, clinical staff onboarding, etc.)
  • Prepare training resources as directed by the Associate Director of Education and Director of Clinical Operation, including but not limited to printing documents, filling folders, organizing and assembling binders
  • Facilitate placement of new admin employees for onboarding training, and communicates appropriately with regional team
  • Assist with CPR Training for all clinical employees
  • Assist Employee Health team to ensure timely N95-Fit Testing of clinical staff
  • Maintain up to date working knowledge of CT State Vaccine program in order to assist with CVP enrollment, CVP Blue Folder updates, CTWiz functionality and other pertinent state vaccine program initiatives
  • Maintain up to date working knowledge of vaccine / supply temperature monitoring policies and guidelines and assists with related initiatives (i.e. inclement weather folders, Sonicu temperature monitoring, private vaccine returns)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:



  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of CT
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook



Preferred Qualifications:



  • CPR instructor certification
  • Nursing experience in a primary care or office setting
  • Experience with CT Wiz platform
  • Knowledge of vaccine management and temperature monitoring
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills



Connecticut Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $19.47 to $38.08 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
