Willdan has an opening for a Part-Time On-Call (8-16 hours per month) role for an HCAI/OSHPD Inspector in the Kern County, CA area. This role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring compliance with healthcare and public safety regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting surveys and inspections of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Perform thorough assessments of healthcare facilities to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Provide expert guidance to facility administrators on regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies promoting high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Certification HCAI 3 Inspector (OSHPD 3).
- Knowledge of Healthcare compliance regulations and OSHPD requirements.
- Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring code compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
