Solutions Specialist

Description: NA Tech Sales support for the Dynata product Portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivery of the Solutions Specialists target by product(s) by month/

• Working with Sales leads to ensure a suitable pipeline is in place for the product(s)/

• Working with the Sales Team to ensure the sales cycle is managed and provided to the customer i.e after-sales care/renewal/ Developing a comprehensive understanding to become the Commercial Subject Matter Expert for your appointed product(s), including all features and benefits (including demoing)/Collaborating with Sales & marketing teams to support lead generation and client engagement/Ensuring appropriate internal and external marketing and training collateral is in place to/support your product/Client interaction, including face to face meetings, to sell the product and support successful deployment/Achieving

• Quarterly revenue targets/Regular reporting on opportunity pipeline, revenue forecasting and usage targets/Working with the Product and Tech teams to help develop the product, inclusive of new / improved functionality as well as provide feedback on local market needs to help shape the product strategy, inclusive of value proposition, communication strategy, pricing and contract terms.

Experience:

• 4+ years in some form of Solution or Software Sales Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting all phases of the sales cycle

• Minimum 3 years experience serving as a consultant to both internal and external customers, and designing, developing and maintaining custom solutions for our customer base.

• The ideal candidate will have previously demonstrated the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to lead, is eager to contribute, and possesses a ""do whatever it takes"" mindset when facing complex problems and challenges.

The base salary range for this position in is $90K-$120K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
