Responsibilities

General Function

  • The primary function of this position is to accurately and efficiently provide general administrative support as assigned to various areas of the department

Essential Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Generation and compilation of various reports
  • Research via telephone and/or internet
  • Preparation of letters and other correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned or directed
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner

Ancillary Duties:

  • Provide assistance whenever necessary to help the Loan Operations Department as well as the Bank in achieving their annual goals.

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Skills:

  • Professionalism
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work accurately in a time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Research and problem solving skills

Other Job Information

Hours: Temporary position; Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
