About This Role
The Agronomy Department at Kansas State University is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to conduct research in the quantitative genetics of abiotic stress tolerance under the supervision of Dr. Aaron Kusmec. The successful candidate will lead research to develop models that integrate genomics, phenomics, and enviromics to dissect, predict, and select for abiotic stress tolerance. This research will combine computational analysis, high-throughput field-based phenotyping for plant functional traits, and mutant analysis. The successful candidate will be expected to disseminate results through peer-reviewed publications and participation in scientific meetings.
