Prioritize, schedule, and logistically support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight
deadlines. * Perform a daily walk-through of sites to ensure proper operation of electrical and HVAC equipment and identify any potentially hazardous conditions. * Assist in the diagnosis and resolution of problems which affect the operation of the facility and/or impact environmental compliance. * Interpret and review blueprints, material specifications, manufacturer's literature, operating procedures, and work instructions. * Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing, piping, mechanical operating equipment, and machinery, building electrical equipment and controls and associated equipment and components. * Monitoring the operations of the data center environment and associated buildings - adjusting refrigeration, heat exchangers, HVAC, electrical, and emergency backup systems. * Monitoring the operations, adjusting, and maintaining Central Plant, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment, ventilating and hot water heaters, pumps, valves, piping and filters. * Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of support equipment. | |
