Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the CMMS, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability Configure and customize the CMMS to meet organizational needs and industry best practices Develop and implement standard operating procedures for CMMS usage across departments Train and support end-users on CMMS functionality and best practices Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and IT teams to integrate CMMS with other systems Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CMMS Develop and maintain asset management strategies and preventive maintenance schedules Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance processes and Manage and report out on performance metrics, including CMMS statistics and other business metrics not limited to finance, HR and Health and Safety Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or 10 years' experience in related field 5+ years of experience in CMMS administration and maintenance management Advanced knowledge of CMMS software including corrigo. Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and industry standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in data analysis and report generation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field Professional certifications (e.g., CMRP, CRL, or similar) Familiarity with IoT and predictive maintenance technologies 5 years of experience in Corrigo CMMS |
