Part of the Division of Student Affairs, the UWM Student Union provides programs, services and facilities for University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee students to find community, build relationships and make memories that support and complement their academic journey. The vision of the UWM Student Union is to be the crossroads of campus where generations of UWM Students aspire to create a more connected and compassionate world by developing their Panther Pride and sharing their ideas, values and experiences.
Custodians in the UWM Student Union provide custodial services throughout the building including lounge spaces, restrooms, food service areas, and offices. Specific responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, auto scrubbing, and waxing floors; scrubbing walls and fixtures; emptying waste receptacles; replenishing supplies; shoveling snow; and performing other related cleaning duties. This position works primarily second shift hours Monday – Friday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM.

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the screening. This position has a starting hourly pay of $16.00 per hour.
