We are looking for a creative, diligent, and digitally savvy Employee Communications Manager to join our fantastically talented and highly collaborative team of professional communicators who are process-oriented and metrics-driven, conceiving of and delivering creative communication programs across the company. In this
individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Employee and Executive Communications, and with the support and guidance of fellow team members, you will develop a thorough understanding of BMC and all business units, our goals and strategies, and our people.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits. At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range.
