Responsibilities

  • The RN Navigator for the Lung Nodule clinic is responsible for guiding patients through the healthcare journey.
  • This role involves providing patient-centered education, emotional support, and clinical guidance, ensuring that patients understand their care options and feel supported at each step.
  • The Navigator coordinates multidisciplinary appointments, tests, and treatments, serving as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and external resources.
  • This role requires thorough clinical assessments, precise documentation, and proactive communication to streamline patient care. Additionally the navigator connects patients to relevant resources to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care through the treatment process.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree from an accredited School of Nursing program.
  • State of New Mexico Nursing License or valid multi-state compact license.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors of Nursing or Healthcare Management
