From your PASSION to ours

The Maintenance Apprentice is an entry-level maintenance position in which you receive comprehensive training and experience in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, the apprentice will learn how to perform the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of our maintenance technicians.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and electrical systems (
• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, required; knowledge of electrical systems preferred
• Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical devices such as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, roller conveyors, belt conveyors, palletizers, sanitary and non-sanitary valves, fillers, check weighers, metal detectors, gearboxes, bearings, seals and etc
• Gain an understanding of positive displacement pumps & centrifugal pumps
• Assist in troubleshooting various pump systems
• Gain an understanding of SAP and how to look up parts in the system
• Assist in the installation and set-up of new machinery or equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company and safety standards
• Support the documentation of maintenance activities, including logging repairs, adjustments, and spare part usage
• Follow all company policies, including food safety, health, and environmental regulations

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in or completion of a relevant technical program is a plus
• Strong interest in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and electrical systems (training will be provided)
• Experience with computer skills such as: SAP, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a past-pasted environment
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior technicians
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a hands-on environment
