Basic Function

The Early Career TA Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent from leading universities. This role involves managing campus recruitment teams, planning and executing events, building strong relationships with university stakeholders, and continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Campus Management:



  • Lead campus recruitment strategy at a portfolio of universities (4-8) which entails leading campus teams comprised of business line staff to execute the defined strategy
  • Work with Early Careers team and internal stakeholders in the design, coordination, and execution of the early career recruiting strategy
  • Define and manage event logistics, including (but not limited to) budget management, calendar scheduling, event registrations, management of job postings, event materials preparation, and training of staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, including career services, faculty, and student organizations
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador at career fairs, networking events, and other campus recruitment activities
  • Coordinate and lead all necessary trainings/meetings related to recruiting process
  • Assist broader Early Career team with strategic pipelining programs such as scholarships, diversity conferences, and intern/co-op programs
  • Regularly track, evaluate, and report program metrics to leadership and client stakeholders
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various internal events such as: campus and office interviews, and bi-annual university recruiter team training sessions
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Spring/Fall co-op/intern kickoff meetings and week-long training event
  • Review and screen employment applications using sound business judgement
  • Manage pre-employment onboarding of all early career candidates
  • Perform other various responsibilities related to campus recruiting


2. Diversity and Inclusion:



  • Implement strategies to ensure diversity and equity in the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with internal diversity and inclusion teams to align recruitment efforts with company goals


3. Build Brand:



  • Lead team to in identification of campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews and ways to grow brand presence on campus
  • Ensure and maintain brand presence on relevant early career platforms that reach the target audience
  • Ensure events and materials are engaging, well-organized, and aligned with the company's employer brand
  • Lead training for on-campus brand ambassadors


4. Build Capability:



  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning
  • Participate and/or lead special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the Early Career TA team
  • Ensure recruitment team members are well-trained and equipped to represent the company effectively at all types of events


5. Data Analysis and Reporting:



  • Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data metrics and the creation/distribution of candidate offer letters
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including application rates, interview-to-offer ratios, and acceptance rates
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on recruitment progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine recruitment processes and strategies

Min. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in university recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
