The role:

Source category management for a group of packaging materials and raw materials that includes managing the execution of the sourcing strategy , supplier management and negotiation. Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you will provide technical input during the NPD process, engages in problem solving and provides input into the financial planning process which includes budgeting, risk management and TCR leadership.

What you will do:



  • Understand our needs , industry dynamics to develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and transactions.
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships.
  • Financial planning that includes budgeting, risk management and cost management ( TCR).
  • Support The NPD process through team work and effective communication.
  • Support Japan Corporate global procurement programs.


What you will need:



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or relevant.
  • 3+ years functional experience in strategic procurement.
  • Experience within a CPG Company.
  • Experienced in negotiation.
  • Solid knowledge , SCM Practices and Procedures.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and brand marketing.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic agility.
  • Basic SAP proficiency.
