Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Responsible for analyzing and interpreting information for the purpose of reporting accounts receivable position of key Customers to Sales Management, Credit & Collections Manager, and others throughout the organization. Will also be responsible for assisting in the resolution of any open receivable for selected Customers. Be key liaison for Collections, Finance, Sales Management and selected Customers.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Key Liaison for Finance, Collections, Sales Management and select Customers to provide Research and Resolutions for any Customer inquiry, dispute, discrepancy and problematic invoicing. Provide Process Improvement when needed especially for accelerated issued including but not limited to high priority billing/invoicing issues.
  • Analyzing data on the various A/R Aging Reports and formatting to Excel.
  • Research Analyst researches Bad Debt report to resolve issues with problematic invoicing. Research all in SAP, knowledgeable on Sales side of business, deliveries, invoicing, Customer Service, Customer Master set up and Contracts. Provide documentation and corrections as needed to customer to initiate the payment process.
  • Research Analyst concentrates efforts during Write off period to accomplish removing bad debt from write off and gain payment for that invoice that was deemed uncollectable. Receive Write off information from Credit and Collections Manager and Report all Results back within the agreed upon timeframe.
  • Review and Release Standard AIC Returns.
  • Run Daily Reports to capture status of all Standard and Quality Returns.
  • Manage select accounts which will be agreed upon
  • Identify and find solutions to high profiled troubled accounts/health networks
  • Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual
  • Must embody the Company's Vision, Mission and Values
  • Other duties may be assigned

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.



Target Based Range

$51,300 to $61,300

Qualifications

Expertise: Qualifications-Experience/Training/Education/Etc

Required:

  • BS/BA preferred
  • 3 - 5 years experience preferred
  • Experience specific to medical industry, Sales support experience helpful
  • Must be proficient in SAP and Excel.
  • Individual should be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, capable of meeting strict reporting deadlines, and possess strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Requires ability to problem solve and communicate effectively.
  • Requires ability to work well under pressure.
