Summary The Technology Testing Lead will oversee and manage the testing efforts for our HR HCM Implementation and ongoing testing requirements attributed to regular cyclical releases. In this role, you will develop a comprehensive testing strategy, develop detailed resource requirements, testing plans and scenarios and work with key stakeholders to socialize the approach, execute the plan and resolve key issues discovered during the testing execution. In this role, the Technology Testing Lead will be responsible for introducing and leveraging test automation initiatives, identifying and solutioning areas for improvement and ensuring all deliverables meet functional and performance standards. The ideal candidate must have exemplified leadership skills, passion for ensuring the integrity of complex software systems and strong stakeholder communication and management skills.
