Summary The Data Conversion Lead is responsible for overseeing the migration and conversion of HR data from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness throughout the process. This role involves working closely with HR, IT and project management resources, as well as external implementation partners to plan, execute and validate data conversion exercises. This role will be responsible for data conversion strategy planning and execution for all HR lifecycle data. The Data Conversion Lead will ensure that all data is mapped, cleansed and validated to meet the organization's requirements while migrating risks and minimizing downtime during the transition.
