Our team is currently seeking a Sanitation Tech to work in our Sanitation Department. We focus on safety and quality-orientated people who can demonstrate adaptability and willingness in a team-orientated- fast-paced work environment.

Work Schedule:

10p-6a(3rd shift variable based on assigned work)

Overtime is possible. Overtime will be 4 hours before or after your regular shift, totaling 12 hours and/or an additional day.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • History of safe work practices.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse- shipping/receiving- logistics environment is required.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement Quality standards.
  • Achieve a qualified score on the job skills assessment- to be coordinated after receiving a passing interview score

Job Overview:

As part of our Sanitation team, you will deliver supplies to machines and processing kettles that make everything from ranch to syrup.

Responsibilities & Duties-

May include- but isn't limited to:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing storage tanks, process piping, product hoses, auxiliary equipment such as pumps-metal detectors-filters and fittings
  • Maintaining housekeeping in the department
  • Ensuring all areas are cleaned within quality specifications
  • Disassembling/Reassembling machinery and replacing gaskets, seals, o-rings, and worn parts as needed
  • Accurately complete all paperwork, including sanitation work orders, green tags, quality checks
  • Lock out tag out
  • Helping with 5S and other projects, advising inventory specialist of potential or ongoing inventory problems, and working closely with lead and/or supervisor to ensure production requirements and customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
