Job Summary
This position acts to protect and maintain the Harley-Davidson brand in the online space globally as well as managing all brand protection issues in the United States. The role is to develop and implement Harley-Davidson's online strategy and oversee/manage global online brand protection work to protect the brand and enforce against trademark infringements across multiple platforms, websites, social media, marketplaces and paid ads. In addition, the role provides guidance and support to Harley-Davidson US dealers, licensees, field managers and other employees on the use of Harley-Davidson's trademarks and works closely with Company attorneys and outside counsel. The role leads through influence with peers and other stakeholders and serves as a role model for Brand Protection team members. Job Responsibilities

* Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience working in brand protection or trademark paralegal experience.
