Job SummaryThis position oversees the service and management of assigned strategic account and develops policies and processes to ensure client satisfaction. The incumbent is responsible for interfacing and meeting regularly with assigned client. Ensures that clients are consistently satisfied with the organization's product and services and resolves escalated issues. Evaluates the client's needs and proposes strategic solutions. Serves as single point of contact for the client, keeping in contact with client at all stages. Communicates and provides strategic reporting and analytics to clients to support retention and growth of strategic account. Requirements

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years exempt level healthcare industry experience will be considered.

LICENSING/CERTIFICATION

State of Arkansas Health and Life Insurance License or obtain within three months of hire.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years' experience in service management, account management, or complex data analytics & reporting.

Minimum one (1) year experience making formal presentations; preferably presenting reports, analysis and data interpretation to internal and external customers. (Presentation required as part of the hiring process)
Resides within the Northwest Arkansas area.

Experience in health insurance or employee benefits is preferred.
