Postdoc Position in Protein-Protein Interaction Modeling

The Murphy group in the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University is looking for a short-term postdoctoral research associate to work on improving protein-protein interaction and protein complex prediction. Will support on-going research, manage open access dissemination of results, and write up result for journal publication.

* Doctorate degree in Biological Sciences or Computational Biology, or related fields.

* Experience with protein-protein interaction analysis and modeling.

* Excellent analytical and oral/written communication skills.
