What will some of your day look like?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, emergency generators, and fuel oil systems.
Support property maintenance team, handle customer service requests, and utilize CMMS platform efficiently.
Assist with JLL compliance program, and documentation, and achieve client-driven KPIs and SLAs.
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance, routines, emergency responses, and service requests as directed.
Maintain and repair critical environment systems, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC and associated equipment.
Conduct building rounds, inspect fire prevention/suppression equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain clean, organized spaces including mechanical rooms and critical environments.
Handle various maintenance tasks including lock repair, electrical work, plumbing, and general handyman duties.
Monitor and evaluate vendor/supplier performance for quality, pricing, and responsiveness.
Work independently or in a team structure, maintaining good tenant/client relations through prompt and courteous service.

Who are we looking for?
Required
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of building engineering experience
The following certifications or the ability to obtain once hired;CFC Universal, and Black Seal Boiler & Blue Seal Refrigeration licenses.
Interpretengineering drawings and equipment manuals
Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word, Excel, and Smartphones.

Preferred
Trade school completion
Experience working in a 24/7 critical environment
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Physical environment
Physically able to work on a ladder, carry tools, and lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
Able to work in close spaces such as closets, and crawl spaces and work on roofs of buildings.

Pay $41.54 hourly
