Schedule:This part time, nonexempt position will work 24 hours per week on weekdays.

What you bring to us...

• Degree from an accredited college in Physical Therapy
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Current BCLS certification
• Preference will be given to those with specialty certifications
• 1+ years of experience in outpatient setting preferred

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Hep B3 Series (or declination)
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
• COVID Vaccine-Full
