Marketing Intern, Bondi

The Role:

We are looking for innovative, professionals with fresh ideas who would like to be part of a dynamic growing company. If you've got what it takes to join our team consider the following assignment as a Spring - Summer Intern on our Bondi Sands team reporting to the Senior Brand Manager.

What you will do:



  • Implement 360 Marketing campaigns. Assisting in brand campaigns including brainstorming, research and execution across North America.
  • Work with NA Brand Team and Global Brand team to localize to North America Market.
  • Ensure all facets of marketing mix execution are consistent and help improve brand equity and consumer centricity.
  • Develop insights and data. Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and bring to life targeted consumer insights to amplify our brand's consumer centricity including competitor analysis, retailer analysis, beauty landscape deep dive.
  • Execution in localized communications & content.
  • Help with building strategy decks in Canvas for campaigns, campaign wrap ups, business planning.
  • Brand Guardian Support Across Skin, Sun and Tan categories responsible for helping maintain brand integrity across all marketing programs including copy, creative and positioning, ensuring all communications in market is cohesive with global brand Guidelines.
  • Support with office admin, product sends to influencers.



What you will need:



  • Student pursuing bachelor's degree or MBA required; Marketing majors
  • Available 25+ hours during Spring Semester, with the possibility of remaining on through the Summer semester fulltime hours.
  • Prior internship experience in a marketing or sales environment is required.
  • Love for the beauty industry and the brand.
  • Demonstrated leader that excel in hands on team environment with a lot of collaboration.
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Hybrid position, ability to come into our Santa Monica office required.


A reasonable pay range is 18/hr. - 22/hr.
