People * Customers * Trust We are seeking applicants for an E&I Planner/Supervisor in our International Falls, Minnesota facility which is a Paper Mill owned by Packaging Corporation of America. This position is responsible for coordination of all electrical maintenance activities in assigned area. Provide an environment for all members of the mill to work safely. Estimate, plan, schedule, and execute E&I maintenance activities for repairs. Responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Will have constant interface with operators, maintenance supervisors and crafts, operating supervisors, and contractors to coordinate manning and operational needs. Take a proactive role in the success of the areas up-team and its goals. Must be available for consultations & assistance in problem solving of equipment, staff, and operations throughout the mill. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: 1. Must be committed to safe work procedures and activities. 2. Process equipment troubleshooting and repair. 3 Electrical distribution systems maintenance and repair including high, medium, and low voltage equipment. 4. Supervise the activities of all personnel assigned to the Electrical Department. 5. Direct the administration of company policy & programs pertaining to the performance, training, safety, and morale of all personnel under his supervision. Compliance with ISO Quality System responsibilities. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, documentation, and information on all machinery and equipment. 7. Assist in preparing scope, cost estimates, and parts procurement for work orders and scheduled maintenance activities. 8. Preparation of the annual departmental operating and capital budgets. 9. Develop and coordinate schedules for shut down and new equipment installation projects. 10. Coordinate activities with contractors. Basic Qualifications: Work Experience: Supervision of maintenance crews in an Industrial manufacturing facility preferred. Skills: Possess written and verbal communication skills.
