Cybersecurity Exercise Planner
Tampa, FL (On-site) Pay From: $110,000 per year MUST Experienced Cybersecurity Exercise Planner Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance Minimum of 3 years as a Joint Exercise Planner and at least 2 years working within the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR), with expertise in designing and executing Combatant Command or Service-Component level exercises. Experience with Cybersecurity/Cyberspace operations is REQUIRED Experience with exercise planning at the Service Component or Combatant Command level, delivering briefings and training to senior military and civilian leaders, including U.S. and foreign stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. DUTIES Create comprehensive exercise plans and directives by using operational art, operational design, and the Joint Planning Process (JPP) through the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) Organize diverse groups to address complex challenges, ensure the implementation of new solutions and best practices, and align planning efforts with the evolving Cyberspace environment. Contribute to briefings, adapt plans based on feedback, address shortfalls, prioritize requirements, and coordinate joint operational planning and exercise execution. Review strategies, doctrine, and directives to ensure compliance and author critical exercise support products, including meeting notes, after-action reports, and exercise materials. Plan and oversee demonstrations, TTXs, ROC drills, seminars, and working group participation to align exercise objectives and ensure synchronization across stakeholders.
