Description Acara Solutions is seeking Operation Analysts to assist our client, a specialized financial institution investor services team in Wilmington, DE. Type: contract between 6 to 9 months Hourly Rate: $25.00-35.00/HR on experience Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote Responsibilities Support the administration of daily activities for the oversight of collective investment funds. Assist with operational tasks related to fund launches, mergers, liquidations, terminations, and other product initiatives. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, resolve issues, and address inquiries. Generate and review reports within your area of responsibility to ensure operational oversight and effectively handle inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to resolve issues, address production concerns, and manage general inquiries. Contribute to the development and enhancement of operational processes and procedures. Maintain responsibility for identifying, assessing, and managing risks and risk events, ensuring adherence to relevant policies, procedures, risk appetites, and tolerances. Escalate and record incidents promptly and accurately. Perform other duties as assigned.
