Career growth and development Diverse and collaborative working environment Affordable and comprehensive benefits package Position Summary Under the supervision of the Department of Social Work, provides direct supportive services and connections to recovery resources to adults in recovery from a substance use disorder. Serves as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator to individuals in order to promote long-term recovery. Works as a member of the care team by engaging patients in recovery planning, including identifying treatment services and facilitating referrals. Maintains contact by phone and/or email as well as in-person contact with recovering person after they leave the hospital to ensure their ongoing success.
