Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Administer and maintain the CRM system, including user accounts, permissions, and data integrity.
  • Work with I/T leads to customize CRM workflows, fields, and reports to align with business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to users to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness.
  • Monitor system performance and address any technical issues with I/T leads promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for customer engagement.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track sales performance, customer behavior, and CRM usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices and industry trends to understand potential enhancements in system capabilities.
  • Work with IT and vendors to implement upgrades and new features efficiently.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
