The Vice President, ERP Modernization is responsible to lead all aspects of the ERP transformation program and ensure a coherent quality delivery. The role functions under the guidance of the program sponsor, will act as the conduit between business and IT teams and manages the program outcomes working with the members of the Program Steering Committee. Driving collaboration between business, process, technology and program teams and relevant 3rd parties will be essential to ensure successful delivery of the ERP program into the business. The key focus of the VP will be to bring together the requirements of the business and the capabilities of the integrated solution, owning the key design principles and driving an optimum level harmonization in the processes and ERP environment/s. Beyond the program, ensuring that a sustainable 'run' organization is set up and functioning to the business' needs will also be within the objectives of this role. This role will also ensure alignment with the operating model transformation and manage risks collaboratively with the Chief Transformation officer. The role can be based in London, UK, Rotterdam, The Netherlands or Houston, Texas. Roles & Responsibilities
