PAR - Document Management Specialist

Performs activities related to document management, such as: opening, preparing, reviewing, sorting and scanning documents along with keying relevant data elements.

This position has the option to work onsite. Seeking applicants that reside within the Toledo, Ohio area.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities related to document management, such as: opening, preparing, reviewing, sorting and scanning documents along with keying relevant data elements.
• Utilizes a variety of hardware and software to convert documents into electronic images and data. Keys data elements as defined by type of submission.
• Performs edit or research functions related to claims and routing of documents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some general office experience preferred.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Alpha-numeric keyboard skills at a minimum of 5,000 ksph.
• Basic knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment (multi-function copier/printer/scanner, conference phone, etc.).
• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.
• Ability to visually compare documents.
• Ability to operate scanner and copier.
