Qualifications EDUCATION High School Diploma Or Equivalent EXPERIENCE Good Keyboarding Skills, Computer Experience, Customer Service And Medical Terminology Required. Excellent Customer Service Skill And Ability To Perform Basic Math Logic. LICENSURE Not Applicable SPECIAL SKILLS Must Demonstrate The Ability To Learn Quickly And Handle Multiple Tasks While Remaining Calm And Focused. Must Be Detail Oriented. Must Be Able To Follow Oral And Written Instructions. Must Be Able To Maintain Accurate Records. Must Be Able To Listen, Communicate Effectively, And Work Closely With Others In A Team Setting.
